The location was satisfactory because it was close to many attractions.
The noise levels were a problem. Loud guests next door talked late at night, and the door connecting the rooms did not provide sufficient sound insulation. I also noticed many mosquitos present in the room. Gaps around the balcony door may have contributed to this.

Amazing Gardens and Great Staff!

The gardens were AMAZING!!! I didn't need to visit any private gardens because the hotel's grounds offered many peaceful spots for relaxation. The staff showed great friendliness and politeness to me. The room and the pool also met expectations for a four-star experience.

The hotel provides convenient access to popular areas. It is very close to walking street. It is also close to the ferry pier to reach Ko Lan island. A convenience store is a short walk from the hotel.

Breakfast service includes a wide array of options and the breakfast area is very clean. I noticed a huge variety of food, including Thai and international dishes. The personnel working there are very helpful and attentive to guests.

There is a swimming pool with a waterslide, which my kids enjoyed. The buggy service made navigating the large resort easy, especially with my young children. Security staff and buggy drivers provided prompt assistance and ensured our safety.

Golf from Reception is AMAZING. She handled every need with the support of her team. This was great service. They provided assistance with an early check-in. I am very thankful to Golf and Tar for facilitating the early check-in. It enhanced the start of my holiday! I will definitely return to this hotel.
The water under the hotel bridge had a slight odor. It wasn't overwhelming, but noticeable.

The resort features a large pool area with twenty available loungers. Some sections are shaded. A well-equipped gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Towels are provided. The breakfast spread offers a very wide selection.

The room has two separate sinks. This makes getting ready much easier and faster. The balcony offers decent space. It's perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The bathroom features a rainfall shower, so it provides a spa-like experience.

the breakfast had a wide variety. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel grounds have a lot of greenery , that was a plus.
the air conditioner made loud noises all night , , made sleeping difficult. housekeeping did not always bring laundry bags , so i had to use shopping bags. the hotel seemed old fashioned and dusty.
